The Booking Process

Reach out to me here with a few details of what you are looking to capture during your photo session (ie. how many people will be there be? Are you looking for family photos, graduation portraits, headshots, ect?), and I will be able to provide pricing information and recommend a package that will best suite your needs.

Consultation and Questions

As part of the booking consultation, we will discuss a place to meet for your session. Since I shoot on location only, I can recommend a park close to you or we can even have the shoot at your house; whatever works best for you and the look you would like to achieve! In addition to setting a location, I will be asking for further details about what you are looking to get out of the shoot; I would love to have a list of groupings and/or must haves for your session so that we can have a plan.

If you have any questions about the session, I am always here to help! While I do not provide any clothing, I can help with choosing/coordinating outfits, as I know that choosing what to wear can be tricky. If you need further help planning for your session, I can help with that too!


Booking and Confirmation

Once I have all the information I need, we can work together to find a date and time that works best for you. I will send a confirmation for the appointment upon booking, and I will reach out to you within 48 to 72 hours prior to your session to reconfirm the appointment. Please respond to the confirmation (either via email or text) as soon as possible; if I do not receive a response within 12 hours of your scheduled session, the session will be canceled.


After the session

Digital Proofs and Final Images

You will receive your digital proofs within a week after your session; these will be sent via Google Drive. The Proofs will be non-downloadable, low resolution, watermarked images that you may view before selecting which images you would like to get with your session. Once you select your images and payment is received, your full resolution, digital images will be sent to you via Google Drive.

Payment

I accept both Venmo and Zelle as forms of payment. If neither work for you, we can discuss further to find an options that does.

Photo Release

For all of my sessions, I ask that you sign a photo release if you feel comfortable. This just allows me to use the images on my website or on social media, and I would be so appreciative as it helps me build a portfolio to share with other potential clients.

What is the cost of a session?

The cost of each session will vary, ranging from $75 for headshots to $200+ per hour for a full session. For more accurate pricing, please get in contact with me here so I may get a better understanding of the memories you are looking to capture.


Do you offer printed products?

At this time, I do not offer printed products; I only offer digital images.

Iā€™m scheduling a session for a large group, how should I go about that?

I ask that there be one point of contact for the session; all coordination and payment will go through that individual. This makes it easier to communicate your needs and keep everything clear. With larger groups, we want to try to limit as much confusion as possible. I will ask the point of contact to provide a list of different groupings they are looking for so we can go into the session with a plan, making it easier on you.

What do I do if I am unhappy with my photos?

I will work with any unhappy clients to ensure the best outcome. A reshoot can be scheduled at no additional cost as long as all parameters of the shoot remain the same. Refunds will be considered on a case by case basis, however, once the digital images are released, I will be unable to issue any refunds.
